Class Descriptions
All Levels:
A challenging and flowing form of yoga that heals, detoxifies and electrifies body and mind and their deepest levels. This class is suitable for students of all levels.
Rise & Shine:
Our standard flow class, in an hour format.
Slow Flow- Deep Stretch:
Our standard flow class format with the heat turned up! Please bring a large towel.
Basics:
Our standard flow class (all levels) with emphasis on the foundational postures, deepening the student's knowledge of alignment, physical condition and spirit.
Alignment Yoga:
This class focuses on classic hatha yoga asanas (postures), but done in a deliberate, sequential fashion, rather than as a flow, in order to emphasize precise body alignment and internal awareness. Instruction is provided in use of blocks, straps and blankets as needed to achieve correct alignment. This class is suitable for students of all levels.
Long, Slow, Deep:
Meditative flow with emphasis on opening and deepening poses. Praynama (breath) is explored throughout the class. This class is suitable for students of all levels.
Gentle Yoga:
For those desiring the gentler side of yoga. This class is appropriate for all levels and ages. Focusing on breath, alignment, gentle stretching and movement leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
