RYT 200
At the age of 18, I began yoga which was the start of my spiritual journey. It wasn’t until years later, when I found myself a student at Jiva Yoga Center, that I began to deepen into the practice and uncover more truths about the mystery of life and my placement in it. Through asana, I found connection. Connection to myself, so that I could connect more authentically to others.
In 2016, I received my 200-hour Yoga Certification from Jiva. I then journeyed forward into various vinyasa based yoga trainings, from Baptiste to Buti and Bhakti. The asana then further guided me to train in other healing modalities and certifications, including sound healing, breath-work facilitation, meditation, shamanic reiki, sacred ceremony space holding and, most recently, Transformational Recovery Coaching.
As a teacher and guide, I draw from all of these various healing modalities to create an eclectic experience for my students and clients. I am constantly inspired by the impermanence of nature and life and reflect that through my unique, playful and ever-evolving classes. I have a strong passion for singing and playing various instruments, so you can expect to see and hear the harmonium, ancient gong and tongue drum in my classes.
My intention is to always lead with pure love, empathy and compassion. I am inspired to meet you where you are in life and to help connect you to your inner wisdom; remembering your truths and uncovering your sovereign essence, as you lean in and embody the practice on and off the mat.
